CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT TERMS

 

 

Breakfast and city taxes are included in the rates. Supplement and extras will have to be paid directly to the hotel upon check out. The hotel will ask for your credit card as a guarantee of your extras.

An individual confirmation will be sent automatically. If the payment online is not accepted, the booking will not be registered and will be automatically cancelled.

 

Cancellation Terms

All change and/or cancellation must be sent by email to aop@alliancemeeting.com

 

In the Hyatt Regency, Fertel Maillot and the AC Paris by Marriott:

For any cancellation made before December 6th 2019, the deposit paid will be refunded minus 50€ for handling fees.

After December 6th 2019 (included), cancellation will not be subject to refund.

 

In Le Méridien Hotel:

For any cancellation made before October 4th 2019, the deposit paid will be refunded minus 50€ for handling fees.

After October 4th 2019 (included), cancellation will not be subject to refund.

 

In case of no-show, the deposit paid will not be subject to refund.

In case of modification (cancellation after the deadline of one or more nights) or early departure, the total stay initially booked will be charged to the participant.

 

Payment

Payment of accommodation fees should be made in Euro (€) through the following options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

For payment online made by credit card on this secure website, if the payment is refused, the booking will not be registered and will automatically be cancelled.
